03

Our Services

Nilor Group provides an online platform through which eligible clients may create an account, deposit funds and participate in investment activities managed according to our investment strategies.

Subject to the specific services made available to a client, deposited investment capital may be allocated by our investment team to selected stock-market investments. Our professional team may analyze financial markets, companies, industries, economic developments and other relevant factors when making investment decisions.

Investment performance may result in either profits or losses. Where applicable, performance is reflected in the client's account, allowing the client to monitor balances, transactions and performance information. Features may vary depending on the client's country, account status and applicable requirements.

04

Investment Risk

You acknowledge and agree that investing in financial markets involves risk. The value of stocks and other financial instruments can rise or fall due to market conditions, company performance, economic developments, interest rates, geopolitical events, liquidity conditions and numerous other factors.

  • Investment returns are not guaranteed.
  • Your account may experience positive or negative performance.
  • Past performance does not guarantee future performance.
  • Projections, estimates and examples are not guaranteed results.
  • Market conditions may change rapidly.
  • Some or all invested capital may be at risk.

You should only invest funds that you can afford to expose to investment risk.

05

No Guaranteed Profit

Nilor Group does not guarantee a fixed or predetermined investment return unless a particular legally compliant product expressly provides otherwise under separate written contractual terms.

Any percentage, performance figure, historical return, chart, illustration or example displayed on the Platform is not a promise of future results. Performance may vary and may include profits and losses. No employee, representative, agent or third party may promise guaranteed returns unless expressly stated in an authorized written agreement.

06

Eligibility

To create and use an account, you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years old or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction.
  2. Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  3. Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  4. Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
  5. Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Not be prohibited under applicable sanctions, financial-services or other laws.

Services may not be available in every country. We may refuse registration or restrict access where service provision would violate applicable requirements or internal compliance policies.

07

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete registration information and update it when it changes. You are responsible for your login credentials and account security.

You must not share your password with unauthorized persons, allow unauthorized account operation, create accounts using false identities, impersonate another person or bypass security measures. Notify Nilor Group promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

08

Identity Verification and Compliance

We may require identity and compliance verification before allowing deposits, investments, withdrawals or other activities. We may request identity, address, birth date, nationality, source of funds or wealth, payment method, tax residency and other reasonably necessary information.

We may use third-party verification providers and may delay, restrict or reject transactions to complete verification, investigate suspicious activity or comply with law.

09

Deposits

Clients may fund accounts using payment methods available through the Platform. Availability may change. Deposits may be subject to transaction limits, processing times, provider charges, currency-conversion costs, identity or source-of-funds verification and other conditions.

You must only use payment methods you are legally authorized to use. A deposit is not available for investment until successfully received, verified and credited to your account.

10

Investment Management

Where a client participates in a managed investment service, investment decisions may be made by Nilor Group or appropriately appointed investment professionals according to the applicable service terms.

Decisions may concern securities selection, purchase and sale timing, portfolio allocation, diversification, exposure, risk-management measures and other portfolio decisions. The precise legal and operational arrangement should be specified in the applicable investment-management agreement or product documentation. These Terms grant no authority beyond applicable law or the client's agreement.

11

Profit and Loss

Investment activity can produce profits or losses. Where daily or periodic performance is displayed, your account may be adjusted according to the methodology governing the service. Positive performance may increase the displayed value and negative performance may reduce it.

Market prices, settlement times, fees, valuation methodologies and other factors may cause final values to differ from provisional figures. A dashboard does not guarantee the amount ultimately available for withdrawal.

12

Account Balances and Performance Information

We aim to provide accurate, timely account information. Displayed balances may occasionally be delayed or temporarily inaccurate because of market-data delays, pricing corrections, settlement, technical problems, third-party interruptions, currency conversion, administrative corrections or other operational circumstances.

Nilor Group may correct obvious calculation, pricing or technical errors subject to applicable law and contractual requirements.

13

Withdrawals

Eligible clients may request withdrawals according to procedures displayed on the Platform. Requests may be subject to verification, security checks, available balance, settlement requirements, processing periods and legal or compliance requirements.

Additional information may be requested for security, fraud prevention or anti-money-laundering purposes. Processing also depends on banks, payment providers, blockchain networks where applicable, weekends, holidays and external systems. Applicable fees, limits, minimums or processing periods should be disclosed before they apply.

14

Fees and Charges

Services may be subject to investment-management fees, transaction charges, payment-processing fees, withdrawal charges, currency-conversion costs or other service fees. Applicable fees should be disclosed through the Platform, an investment agreement, fee schedule or relevant documentation. Third-party providers may impose independent charges.

15

Taxes

You are responsible for determining and fulfilling tax obligations arising from investments, profits, withdrawals or Platform use. Treatment varies by country, residency, personal circumstances and investment structure. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nilor Group does not provide individual tax advice. Consult a qualified professional if uncertain.

16

Account Security

We employ technical and organizational security measures, but no internet-based system is guaranteed completely secure. Use a strong password, protect your email, keep authentication codes confidential, use trusted devices, verify the official Platform and report suspected unauthorized activity promptly. Nilor Group will never request your password through unsolicited messages.

17

Prohibited Activities

You must not use Nilor Group for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes, including stolen payment methods, false identities, money laundering, illegal financing, Platform manipulation, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, malware distribution, operational interference or unauthorized use of another person's account. We may investigate suspected violations and restrict accounts where permitted or required.

18

Anti-Money-Laundering and Financial Crime

We may implement measures to prevent money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions violations and other financial crime, including ongoing monitoring and requests for transaction or source-of-funds documentation.

Where required or permitted, we may restrict transactions, suspend activity, reject payments or report information to competent authorities. The law may prevent us from disclosing the reason for a compliance restriction.

19

Suspension and Account Restrictions

We may temporarily restrict or suspend an account because of suspected fraud or unauthorized access, incomplete verification, suspected Terms violations, legal requirements, chargebacks, sanctions screening, suspicious transactions or security concerns. Where legally and operationally possible, we will seek resolution within a reasonable period.

20

Closing Your Account

You may request closure subject to outstanding investments, transactions, withdrawals, legal obligations and contractual conditions. Outstanding positions or obligations may require settlement. Nilor Group may terminate an account or service where permitted. Termination does not remove previously arising rights or obligations.

21

Website and Mobile Application Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Services may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, network failures, cybersecurity incidents, third-party outages or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where practical, we will seek prompt restoration.

22

Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with payment processors, market-data providers, banks, identity-verification services and other technology providers governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Nilor Group is not responsible for their independent operation except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

23

Market Data

Prices, charts, indices and financial data may originate from third parties. Information may be delayed and should not necessarily be interpreted as real-time executable pricing. We do not guarantee third-party data will always be complete, uninterrupted or error-free.

24

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Nilor Group name, logo, website, mobile application, graphics, text, software and original content are owned by or licensed to Nilor Group Limited. You may use the Platform for authorized personal use but may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit protected content without authorization. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.

25

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements. The policy should explain collection, purpose, use, retention and individual rights. By using the Platform, you acknowledge processing as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

26

Communications

We may send service communications necessary to operate your account, including security alerts, transaction information, verification requests and important service changes. Marketing communications are handled according to applicable consent laws. Keep your contact information current.

27

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nilor Group will not be responsible for losses arising solely from ordinary market movements or accepted investment risks. Nothing excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable financial-services or consumer-protection legislation. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

28

Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, Nilor Group is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, telecommunications failures, market closures, banking interruptions, third-party cybersecurity incidents or other extraordinary events.

29

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to services, technology, business practices or legal requirements. The latest version will be published with an updated effective date. Where required or materially affecting contractual rights, appropriate advance notice will be provided.

30

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer, financial-services or other protections applicable to the client's circumstances and jurisdiction.

Dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions remain subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Clients are encouraged to contact Nilor Group first so complaints or disputes can be investigated and, where possible, resolved.

31

Complaints

You may submit a complaint using contact details published on the Platform. Include sufficient information for us to identify your account and understand the issue. We will review complaints according to applicable procedures and requirements. Nothing restricts a statutory right to escalate a complaint to an external ombudsman, regulator or dispute-resolution service.

32

Questions concerning these Terms or your account may be directed to us through the contact information published on our official Platform.
